We saw innovative ways of providing healthcare and discussed the pros and cons of doing so. The various forms of innovation all covered different aspects of healthcare services, and each had come about in a different way. Yet at the same time, there were five key things that all of the organizations we visited had in common in their search for improvement. These things are also relevant to healthcare in the Netherlands.
